The 2025 Brookside St. Patrick's Day Warm-Up Parade is Saturday March 15th at 2 pm. The parade is a family event focused on fun and the St. Patrick’s holiday and the 2025 theme is Dreaming of Green. The Brookside Business Association and Community Improvement District hosts the parade which draws participants and spectators from around the metro. Organizations, businesses, schools and neighborhoods from region entertain attendees each year and 2025 is no exception. Whether marching, dancing, walking, or riding vehicles ranging from red wagons and bikes to floats and classic cars, the entrants, music, and other festivities are sure to wow attendees of all ages. Entries include bands, drill teams, Irish dancers, antique cars, floats, bagpipers, and dogs of all shapes and sizes. It’s a one-of-a-kind event that you don’t want to miss!

2025 Honorary Irish
The Brookside Business Association is proud to announce Justin and Leslie Hernandez as this year’s Mr. and Mrs. Irish for the 2025 St. Patrick’s Day Warm-Up Parade. Justin, owner of Jalapeno’s Brookside, 6318 Brookside Plaza, embodies the spirit of community, tradition, and celebration that makes this event so special. “Being named Mr. Irish is an incredible honor—not just for me, but for my family. Grand Prize - The Ethnic Enrichment Commission! With representation from around the world, the Ethnic Enrichment Commission channeled some Irish spirit and entertained the crowd with beautiful flags, an alpenhorn, a dancing mascot, elaborate costumes and so much more!
Best of Theme - Livers Bronze and their Magic (and Irish) School Bus!
Spirit Award - Pokey's Dive Bar (accompanied by the very spirited Gumby and Pokey)!
Best Music - Dowds Irish Dance Academy. (these girls danced their heart out and the Irish music was infectious)
