The 2021 Brookside Sip & Shop has been canceled. In light of ongoing COVID restrictions and existing regulations limiting other outdoor alternatives we are canceling the annual event for the second year. We apologize for the inconvenience but hope you’ll join us in 2022 when we hope to be back and better than ever. Meanwhile please continue to support the many outstanding merchants in the Brookside Shops and enjoy our other events including Women Owned Weekend, celebrating women-owned small businesses in Brookside October 22-24, 2021. The show goes on - a new date, but the same great show! The 2021 Art Annual is Friday, September 17th through Sunday, September 19th. Typically Kansas City’s first outdoor art show of the year, the Brookside Art Annual was rescheduled to allow further response to COVID-19. The Brookside Business Association and Brookside CID are excited to host the 35th Brookside Art Annual which has become a Kansas City tradition and means so much to our community, our businesses, and the artists who come from across the nation.

Save the date for the 2021 Brookside Sidewalk Sale and Shred Event. Plan to join us at the historic Brookside shops for our annual sidewalk sale Thursday July 8th through Saturday July 10th from 10am to 6pm each day. Join us again on Saturday, July 10th for the Brookside Shred Event from 8am to 11am (or until the truck fills up - which ever happens first). Click below for more details.
